8.3. You may present requests connected with the implementation of your rights in person, by mail or using electronic means of communication. Upon receipt of your application, we may request that you present your ID documents as well as other additional information relating to the request and required by us.
8.4. Upon receipt of your request, we will provide our response to you within one month from the receipt of your request and from the date of receipt of all the documents required for providing the response.

9.2. If you believe that, pursuant to the GDPR, your rights have been infringed upon, you may file a complaint with the authority that supervises us – the State Data Protection Authority, although we will first of all seek to settle all disputes by cooperating with you.
10.2. When collecting your data, we will always seek to clearly notify you about the use and possible disclosure of your data. Where this is difficult at the time of information collection, we will notify you as soon as possible, unless there are legitimate reasons to not do so – for instance, there is a need to prevent or disclose a criminal activity, or in other instances described in legal acts.
